Burbank Virtual Office

A Virtual Office starts with a local or toll free telephone number.
Now you're in business…barely.

Customers and prospects can call your Burbank Virtual Office number and leave a message. But, customers don't call a business to leave a message. They call to speak with someone, now.

By adding “Find Me – Follow Me” your Burbank Virtual Office will call you, at any number, and connect your callers to you, live. And with optional free Call Screening, you'll decide which calls to take, and which to send to voice mail.

New: Callers can listen to Your Company's “On-Hold” Message, while they wait to be transferred.

You can sound even bigger, when your Burbank Virtual Office answers with an Auto Attendant. Callers might hear “Thank you for calling [your company]. If you know the extension number of the person you're calling, you may enter it at any time. For Sales press 1, Technical Support press 2, Billing press 3, etc. or Press 9 for the Dial by Name Directory”, even though all calls and departments are transferred to you!

When you don't take calls live, callers can leave a voice mail message. Each person and department can have their own private voice mailbox. Your Burbank Virtual Office can then call you and deliver the message to you and send the message to your email, so you can hear it over your computer, or any Internet device. You can also be notified by pager.

That's great, but you're still not done. Every business needs to be able to receive Faxes. Your Burbank Virtual Office number can be set to automatically receive faxes, or you can add a separate number for faxes only. Faxes are delivered to your email, where they can be viewed, printed, forwarded, saved or discarded.

Burbank is a city in Los Angeles County, California. There were one hundred five thousand, four hundred people living in Burbank as of two thousand, four. Burbank is located in the eastern region of the San Fernando Valley, north of Downtown Los Angeles. It is usually referred to as the "Media Capital of the World", many media and entertainment companies are headquartered or have significant production facilities in Burbank, including NBC Universal, The Walt Disney Company, and Warner Bros. Entertainment. Although commonly believed to be named for famous horticulturalist Luther Burbank who once lived in Santa Rosa, California, the city is actually named for David Burbank, a New Hampshire-born dentist and entrepreneur. Originally part of two large Spanish land grants, the vast Rancho San Rafael, granted to Don Jose Maria Verdugo by the Spanish government in seventeen ninety-eight and the Rancho La Providencia created in eighteen twenty-one. Dr. David Burbank purchased over four thousand, six hundred acres of the former Verdugo holding and another four thousand, six hundred acres of the Rancho La Providencia in eighteen sixty-seven and operated a successful sheep ranch for many years. A predominantly upper-middle class community, Burbank is home to many employees of the motion picture and television studios located in and around the city, including Nicktoons Network, a sister channel of Nickelodeon. Entertainment has generally replaced the defense industry as the primary employer of its citizens, who are attracted by the relative safety and security offered by its own police and fire departments, highly rated schools and hospital. Other reasons cited are its small-town feel while located only ten minutes away by car to the hip clubs and restaurants of Hollywood. Burbank is home to several California Distinguished Schools including the confusingly named Luther Burbank Middle School. Both its public and private K-12 schools routinely score above state and national average test scores. A number of colleges are also located in Burbank including the Woodbury University with its renowned design program and several make up and beauty trade schools servicing the entertainment industry.
