Gaithersburg Virtual Office
A Virtual Office starts with a local or toll free telephone number.
Now you're in business…barely.
Customers and prospects can call your
Gaithersburg Virtual Office number and leave a message. But, customers don't call a business to leave a message. They call to speak with someone, now.
By adding “Find Me – Follow Me” your Gaithersburg Virtual Office will call you, at any number, and connect your callers to you, live. And with optional free Call Screening, you'll decide which calls to take, and which to send to voice mail.
New: Callers can listen to Your Company's “On-Hold” Message, while they wait to be transferred.
You can sound even bigger, when your
Gaithersburg Virtual Office answers with an Auto Attendant. Callers might hear “Thank you for calling [your company]. If you know the extension number of the person you're calling, you may enter it at any time. For Sales press 1, Technical Support press 2, Billing press 3, etc. or Press 9 for the Dial by Name Directory”, even though all calls and departments are transferred to you!
When you don't take calls live, callers can leave a voice mail message. Each person and department can have their own private voice mailbox. Your
Gaithersburg Virtual Office can then call you and deliver the message to you and send the message to your email, so you can hear it over your computer, or any Internet
device. You can also be notified by pager.
That's great, but you're still not done. Every business needs to be able to receive Faxes. Your
Gaithersburg Virtual Office number can be set to automatically receive faxes, or you can add a separate number for faxes only. Faxes are delivered to your email, where they can be viewed, printed, forwarded, saved or discarded.

Gaithersburg is
home to the neo-traditionalist new town of Kentlands, designed by Andrés Duany
and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk, which was an important early example of the new
urbanism movement. Other new urbanist communities in Gaithersburg include
Lakelands, the Washingtonian Center, Crown Farm and Watkins Mill Town Center. In
eighteen ninety-nine, Gaithersburg was selected as one of six global locations
for the construction of an International Latitude Observatory as part of a
project to measure the earth's wobble on its polar axis. The Gaithersburg
Latitude Observatory is the only National Historic Landmark in the City of
Gaithersburg. The observatory and five others in Japan, Italy, Russia, and the
United States gathered information that is still used by scientists today, along
with information from satellites, to determine polar motion; the size, shape,
and physical properties of the earth; and to aid the space program through the
precise navigational patterns of orbiting satellites. The Gaithersburg station
operated until nineteen eighty-two when computerization rendered the manual
observation obsolete. The road network is centered at the intersection of the
north-south Frederick Avenue and the east-west Diamond Avenue, Maryland State
Highway one seventeen. It is also connected to Frederick and Rockville by
Interstate two seventy, which also connects it with the Capital Beltway.
Gaithersburg is served by WMATA Metrobus, Montgomery County Ride-On bus service
and three MARC stations on the Brunswick Line- at downtown Gaithersburg,
Washington Grove, and at Metropolitan Grove. Additionally, the State of Maryland
is considering construction of a light rail or bus rapid transit line from Shady
Grove Metro station to Clarksburg, Maryland called the Corridor Cities
Transitway, which if built would have several stations inside Gaithersburg city
limits.
