Navarro Virtual Office

A Virtual Office starts with a local or toll free telephone number.
Now you're in business…barely.

Customers and prospects can call your Navarro Virtual Office number and leave a message. But, customers don't call a business to leave a message. They call to speak with someone, now.

By adding “Find Me – Follow Me” your Navarro Virtual Office will call you, at any number, and connect your callers to you, live. And with optional free Call Screening, you'll decide which calls to take, and which to send to voice mail.

New: Callers can listen to Your Company's “On-Hold” Message, while they wait to be transferred.

You can sound even bigger, when your Navarro Virtual Office answers with an Auto Attendant. Callers might hear “Thank you for calling [your company]. If you know the extension number of the person you're calling, you may enter it at any time. For Sales press 1, Technical Support press 2, Billing press 3, etc. or Press 9 for the Dial by Name Directory”, even though all calls and departments are transferred to you!

When you don't take calls live, callers can leave a voice mail message. Each person and department can have their own private voice mailbox. Your Navarro Virtual Office can then call you and deliver the message to you and send the message to your email, so you can hear it over your computer, or any Internet devise. You can also be notified by pager.

That's great, but you're still not done. Every business needs to be able to receive Faxes. Your Navarro Virtual Office number can be set to automatically receive faxes, or you can add a separate number for faxes only. Faxes are delivered to your email, where they can be viewed, printed, forwarded, saved or discarded.

Throughout the year, but especially during the summer months, Mendocino plays host to a number of cultural festivities. The Mendocino Music Festival takes place each July and offers visitors a menu of both classical and contemporary music. The Wild Iris Festival in Boonville attracts world-class folk artists as does the Caspar World Folk Festival. While Mendocino is generally known for its natural beauty, the area is gaining a reputation as a wonderful cultural region as well. . Navarro is also home to Navarro River Redwoods State Park , an attractive patch of land which has been described as 'an 11-mile-long redwood tunnel to the sea.' Picnicking, swimming, and camping are popular at the Paul M. Demmick campground, located within the park. Visitors also enjoy fishing here and can grab a canoe or kayak for a leisurely ride down the Navarro River in the late winter or spring months. Mendocino County cultural activities are many and varied and a trip to a number of the towns located within the county will provide visitors with several arts opportunities. If you enjoy theater, the village of Mendocino has an excellent theater company that produces shows year-round. The Mendocino Theatre Company presents 20th century favorites - such as works by Neil Simon, Edward Albee, or Tennessee Williams - and new, cutting-edge plays by up-and-coming playwrights. The inland town of Willits also has its own company. The Willits Community Theatre presents comedy, drama, music, and workshops all year long. The Ukiah Players does Shakespeare in the summer and also presents a number of world premieres. Fort Bragg is home to the Symphony of the Redwoods, an excellent orchestra of 27 musicians established in 1983. They present 3 to 4 concerts each year and tackle ambitious repertoire. They also sponsor a chamber music series. Mendocino's Opera Fresca doesn't perform traditional opera but does present wonderful music of various sorts all year long. Similarly, Fort Bragg 's Gloriana Opera Company performs light fare from musicals to cabaret-style shows. Navarro is one of Mendocino County 's tiniest towns, so visitors will find little in regards to services such as restaurants or lodging. However, the scenery here is quite lovely and a stroll along the pretty Navarro River might be just what you need to add a little peace and quiet to your hectic travel schedule
