CV Therapeutics (CVTX) Outsources its Employee Emergency
Hotline to
Segway Communications.
In the event of an emergency, or any business interruption, all CV Therapeutics’ staff will always know “where to and what to do”, because they are now protected by a Segway Communications’ Employee Emergency Hotline.
CV Therapeutics managers can record and update massages to be heard by all personnel or only by members of individual departments. That way, each person will hear information that is relevant to them. CVT has the option to allow staff to leave voicemail messages as well as be connected live to Disaster Recovery staff members.
Christopher Brey, Director of Facilities for CVT, insisted that the Hotline be fully featured and customized for CVT’s use, as well as easy to operate and update.
